Anyone else find that men are super hard to shop for? Most of the men in my life are pretty simple and have everything they “need”. That makes shopping difficult for us ladies trying to spoil them around the holidays! Eli and I sat down this past weekend and came up with a holiday gift guide for the hard-to-shop-for man in your life. The majority of these items Eli has and loves! The rest he claims, “every guy needs” or we thought was just straight-up cool. I hope this helps your holiday shopping this year!
Clothes:
Eli’s go-to brand for shirts/flannels? Carhartt. He loves the durability of their tees and how they very rarely wrinkle. Eli is a big flannel-guy so I try to snag him one of these every once in awhile so he has a good variety. Oh and this jean sherpa jacket? It’s Eli’s new favorite purchase of 2019. It’s an old-school trend that’s making a comeback & I must say…I’m a fan!
Gadgets & Fun:
Have you guys heard of the Tile item tracker? Love this idea for your man to attach to his keys or wallet in case he has a tendency to misplace them. I also added in our security camera system (Arlo) because Eli is big on home security. The camera runs through wifi and connects to your phone alerting you any time motion is detected. Three things Eli claims every guy needs: Spotlight, binoculars, & Leatherman. We added in a few fun ideas like the Yeti cooler & bluetooth shower speaker. Not to mention a few practical options like the car wash kit (Eli loves keeping his car clean & tidy!) and the Weber grill utensil set. What man doesn’t love to grill!?
Everyday Accessories:
We decided to add in a few things Eli uses almost daily. The Yeti is good for keeping coffee hot or water cold. Oh and don’t forget about the Yeti made for cans! It’s great for tailgating etc. Eli also wanted to include some Oakley sunglasses because he wears his all the time while driving, coaching football or cutting the grass. None of those strike your fancy? – You can’t go wrong with a new leather wallet, travel duffel bag, gripped gloves or a new watch!
Footwear:
Eli wanted to make sure I included two pairs of boots on this gift guide: Muck boots & hunting boots. Around our home/yard he is almost always wearing one of the two of these. Both keep your feet super warm! To compliment either of those, Eli likes these wool socks & has multiple pairs! Looking for something indoors? Eli loves a nice pair of slippers & actually prefers they have a “back” to them. Does your man work in an office setting? I also always use Christmas as a good reason to upgrade Eli’s dress shoes. He always likes to have at least one nice black pair and one brown.
Thanks for stopping by the blog & shopping through my links! It means the world
