This is my first year having a big kitchen table to work with for fall so I was anxious to create a fun centerpiece and share with you guys! I brainstormed for a few days and knew that I wanted to keep it neutral in here while still adding some warm elements. On my mind: copper, chippy, pumpkins & dried flowers. This is what I came up with.
Somehow I managed to create a centerpiece that checked all of my boxes! That’s a win in my book👏🏼 I started this centerpiece with 3 placemats lined up down the center. Shhh!! This is one of my favorite tips if you can’t find a table runner you love. Put a few placemats in a row and no one will know the difference. Our little secret, okay!? 😉 I added this small throw blanket that I had lying around on top to add a little bit of contrast against the light colored tabletop and placemat “runner”.
I found this stunning chippy piece at a local antique show this past weekend and it spoke to me right away. I love the design on the side, the cute legs and the old chippy paint….UGH 😍 I also picked up a few copper pieces to throw in here and scored them all for $15. Using copper elements is a subtle way to introduce fall into your home and I love how it warms up the table.I picked up some of these dried flowers at my local Joann Fabric’s store and the rest were purchased at a craft show for $7. After placing a whole bunch of those in I topped it all off with some white pumpkins. These were $1 at a greenhouse in my town. Worth it!! You all knew I had to add some white pumpkins in somehow, right?! 😏I am IN LOVE with how my first fall centerpiece turned out. It has all of my favorite elements and says “fall” without skeletons and spiderwebs….That’s how I roll. I hope this inspires you to create your own fall centerpiece. I had so much fun putting this together with a fall candle burning in the background. Ahhh, my favorite kinds of days. 💛 Share photos of your fall centerpieces with me, I’d love to see them! I appreciate each and every one of you for taking the time to check out the blog today. This has become such a fun means of creativity for me so thank you for sharing in it
